Skeleton is still made of paper, so that is very cool. For metal sheet shaping, do you use wooden or rubber hammer? how do you shape it to be so perfect?
I've developed also paper version of this car. Take the frame from there. The metal parts were formed and shaped just like in 1:1 scales, with separately made cardboard bucks for it and shapes were check on them.
And just Youtube "metal shaping", and shrinking metal, English wheel e.t.c Check also "wooden buck", and you'll be quick with all the idea how is all this made. Actually pretty easy.
I formed with metal hammer, and small English Wheel tool to give the smooth form for some parts after panel beating. Mainly the trunk. The hood was formed with puanson manner and then later some add of side unrolls.

Amazing..
You are cutting the panels from normal steel sheets or what kind of material do you use? And how you are joining the panels? By glue or soldering?
This is tin metal from Taft hairspray. Can be used any of that probably tin cans. But others may be differ like that from air fresheners or alike. The soldering is between two halves of the front wings. And rear parts with its top. And then glued to the frames. In real thing that was press formed of course with one peace. Later will give link to the production line of the car. Very detailed video dated back to 1950s)))
